The Hooch delivers alcoholic beverages, which can only be purchased and received by individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

We use various methods to verify your age, which may include:

Requiring you to upload a valid government-issued photo ID
Using third-party age verification services
Requiring ID verification at the time of delivery

If you attempt to use our Service to purchase alcoholic beverages for someone under 21, we will terminate your account and may report you to appropriate authorities.

Account Deletion Requests

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal information. To initiate an account deletion request, please email us at hoochplk@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the following information:

The email address associated with your account
Your full name as registered on the account
A statement confirming your request to delete your account

Our team will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once completed. Please note that:

Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered
Any outstanding orders will still be fulfilled unless you specify otherwise

Payment Information

If you choose to purchase products through The Hooch, you agree to provide accurate and current payment information. By submitting payment information, you authorize The Hooch to charge the account for the products ordered plus any applicable taxes, delivery fees, and tips.

User Content

Our Service may allow you to post, submit, or share content such as product reviews, comments, and feedback ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant The Hooch a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with our Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize The Hooch to use your User Content
The User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party

Account Termination

The Hooch reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

Engaging in fraudulent activity
Attempting to purchase alcoholic beverages for minors
Abusive behavior toward our staff or delivery personnel
Non-payment or payment disputes

You may delete your account at any time by contacting customer support or using the account deletion request process outlined above. Upon account termination, some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Account Security

The Hooch takes security seriously and employs reasonable measures to protect your account information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account by:

Not sharing your account credentials with others
Logging out of your account when using shared devices
